One more thing: If you have ever bought anything in a proper CD shop, you may have found that they keep the discs in sleeves, tucked away in drawers. Then when you bring the empty cases to the till, and they put the discs back in the trays, they are often careless when they close the lid, allowing for the booklet to slide out and get snagged!

I have given up explaining to them that they should be careful. Instead, I take a deep breath and hope for the best. They will nearly always snag at least a few CD booklets, so I have just learnt to live with it.

Comps are a must - for stray tracks, single mixes, etc.
