I'm back to looking at airfares and wondering which airport. I imagine that depending on what area we stay, one might be more favorable than the other. So far for me, it looks like O'Hare is better for direct flights from Phila.

Talked this over with the Mrs and we are most likely in. We'll be driving down from Minneapolis, so we may drag along a few fellow BCB-er, Twin Citizens.

I want to. I'm planning on it. But it comes down to finances, and I may not be able to swing it. I hope I can. . .

IN!

Will fly over the week before to do the tourist thing & visit some friends in Indianapolis.

Is it worth someone who knows the area selecting a 'prefered hotel'??

I don't want to have to drive whilst drunk as a thousand Griffs...

I think that's the idea that is being leaned toward, though nothing has been mentioned. Usually the hotel booking winds up starting in Feb. or thereabout.
I wouldn't mind an idea of which area we're likely to stay, it might also influence my flight decision, depending on which airport is more convenient.
I realize not everyone might have that option. Do international flights all arrive at O'Hare? Maybe that should be something to be mindful of in our accommodations.
I picked up a guide book a few days ago, though I really haven't delved in yet.

Flights from Manchester go into O'hare, asn BE from London does, so its likely to be the airport of choice for me, but as we will get there the weekend before, I don't think its a biggie.
