I have Warchild on vinyl but can't remember playing it. Cheap secondhand purchase. Will give a spin at the w/e and see if I need that 4cd set. I suspect not. Would like Aqualung but costly.

But it's just the same stuff repeated in various audio formats, nothing you'll ever play.

Re: THE JETHRO TULL FORUM
Takes me straight back to the fifth year common-room , hoping to light up the day by hearing it on wonderful Radio One.
I played it to death back then. I've still got the Island pink label 45. Great b-side, too.
Probably second (to 17) in terms of my most-played Tull 45.

Not a single - but what a great track this is:
It would have made a great number 1.....!

It sounds more like a huge number 2 to me

NP
The 2003 remaster sounds excellent to my ears
I thought the boy from Porcupine Tree could not improve upon GG's TPaTG, however i hold my hands up and admit i was wrong.
I fully expect the forthcoming WC set to be another triumph

ohhh, i love this. mwhaha. such a blast was had by all.
it's this listen that got reap to posting again, which meant a lot to my ass and still does. he brings up his decade-long break somewhere in the thread.
for those who don't know the background: i met reap on a music board in '98. we had a really sick, slurpy online romance for a year and a half before my divorce fiiinally came through, and then we moved it together offline.
he quit onlininity back then, though. a mildewy, stalking, psycho troll took an interest in me. this troll decided i was the second welsh witch of the prophecy, or some such stupid psycho crap. when i rebuffed his advances by telling him to fucque right the fucque off, he got more venomous and stalky. then came the day he bragged about driving past the beezle's elementary school (including the school's name and address). that was it. reap, being a computer guy, found the troll's wife's name and number and gave her a call. end of troll.
but the whole experience soured him. he gave up being online. years later, he changed his mind for this here tull listen.
we are so very happified he did, mwhaha.
to reap.
*chink*
thanks for moving it here. i am indeed moved.

ya know, c... i just wanna say this.
you heard reap. you talked to him. you heard his voice, you heard him laugh.
and it may sound silly, but i take comfort in that. i do.
whatever else happens in life, i do.
