A has the better recent five and that's enough for this round.
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

I don't see any reason to listen to B's tracks, unless someone tells me that it's some blatant lie, and the tracks are actually by completely different artists. That's a shocker.

A is a BCB greatest hits set but no worse for that. Comfortable winner for me.

On B's original list, the only thing that really wowed me was the Terry Reid. The question is, can the five new tracks overcome my "meh" response?

A had quite a few things I liked in the first ten. Will A alienate me with the new five?

B hasn't wowed me with the new tracks, although the Bieber song is not as big a disaster as I'd feared. A's five new ones were not deal-breakers.

I'm going to go with A, even though there's no excuse - none - ever - for Scritti Politti. There's just enough good there to withstand it.

Despite the most spectacular cupicide pick ever (and the fact that the little fucker voted against me!),I'm still going B. i have reservations about a number of the song choices (M Ward/Pretenders/WInehouse/Reid) but like all of those artists. The Paul Brady was decidedly meh though. Some of A is undeniable (Expecting to Fly/ 7 and 7 is) but Can and SFA always bore me. B has more personality and originality, especially when you see A opens with Elvis (great though that is.

This is a difficult one to call. I'm tempted to vote against A because it treads so closely to the BCB Cup Canon (even the token hip-hop pick in the new five is cribbed from one of my own previous lists!), but B simply has more to turn me off than on.
