Is the type of a list you'd want to make a CDR of for yourself.

A's was problematic for me. I like almost all the artists on there but not so sure about the songs chosen.

There is a lot to love in A, but there is a fair amount of alt dreck sprinkled about too. B's Czukay's choice ain't as good as their Cool in the Pool pick of a year or so ago but still

I like both these lists, but there's something that's a little more distinctive about B - I'm delighted that this list has gone so far. Among the new choices, there's a great metallic humdinger from Ministry. Good work!

Two lists that have a lot that don't interest me, and several that I adore. A wins on points, though the attempt at doubling down on Tom Verlaine (surely the star of "Break it Up") breaks some cardinal rule or other.
