Can't really choose between these two: both lists would make decent playlists but lack pizzazz. I'll go with B as it seems to be having a bit more fun.

Yes, this one was never close, was it? A had something like 8 votes in the bag before anyone stood up for B. Anyway, B was Mantochanga, who no doubt rues the decision to pick The Osmonds...

Two good lists, but while I'm pleased to see A go through, B didn't deserve to lose as heavily as it did.

Yes, two good lists. Too bad they had to go head to head in this round.

I went out to a really good list. I didn't think my list would get much further as it didn't rock much if at all and it was weak on current sounds.

But that Osmonds track is better than people think. The great George Jackson (Aretha Sing
One For Me) submitted it to Motown as a potential Jackson 5 single. Rejected, it went to the Osmonds - and if you play One Bad Apple blind to people, they always take it for the actual Jackson 5, who, when you think about it, only really sounded this lively for their first two singles. And then my idea was to make amends, on the same theme, by following up with David Ruffin's dynamite takeover of I Want You Back. Well, I failed.

Thanks for the kind words. This was my first cup and I really enjoyed it.
