B for Gladys, Curtis and Jimi. A just has too many "BCB Cup" artists that make me think, Jesus not again.

B in a walk. A is just so...so...BCB. And even B's predictable artists are represented by tracks that aren't the obvious. One of the best lists yet.

A - Hot Chip's Over & Over is a great add, but the list was winning anyway.

Both are pretty decent, but the presence of Garnier, coupled with my recent introduction to The Streets Of Calcutta, edges it for B

B for me.

'A' represents just about everything awful about humanity, musical and non musical. No offense author, but they'll play your list forever in my fresh Hell.

I just like A's overall mood - it's an engaging soundtrack for the twilight hours.

I'm not sure if it's worse to be absolutely thrashed, or to lose by a tight margin. Oh well, thanks to everyone who voted for me. It stung a little to be accused of picking a calculating list full of (shock horror) hit singles - every choice I made was a song I feel very strongly about. So what if 'Transmission' is an obvious choice - it's also as exciting a record as has ever been made, and never fails to bring out the goosebumps. Actually, my list really polarised opinions - there was a fair bit of love there, but also more outright hostility than I've experienced before.

Anyway, good luck to the compiler of list B - it's not all my sort of thing, but it's a honest selection that had to work hard to prevail in this round.
