Yes, the poor guy's had a lot of health problems the past few years, it seems to be one thing after another. His upbeat optimism and Scouse humour is well intact though and his spirits are high even when his health is taking a kicking.

I exchanged a couple of emails with him a couple of years ago and he was well enough, though he has chronic health issues.
It's possible eric Mudshark has been in touch more recently.

Re: Whatever happened to Teabag…..?
It's been a few months. Living in near Ann Arbor MI, where his wife lectures.
He's got problems concentrating and staying awake. Even corresponding by E-mail is hard on him.
Right after Thanksgiving the wife and I are scheduled to drive to Columbus OH. She's performing there. I might drop her off and continue to check up on him. He's one of my best friends and I'm looking forward to catching up with him. On the other hand I'm worried about the state I might find him in. I sorely miss our bi-weekly meetings in the Sportman's Bar in Singapore, exchanging CDR's, drinking Guinness and shooting the shit.

Muddy, if you see Neil tell him I said hello.
I was at a Jackie Leven gig years ago and he was selling cds before the gig. I asked if he could sign it for Teabag. After giving me a funny look he signed it as requested..
