One could ask this about dozens of former posters.
Dutch Robert, Dutch Frank, Sergio, Dr.Jimmy, Rita, Neverknows, Megh, etc.

I am friends with Dr.Jimmy, Rita, Neverknows and Megh all on Facebook.
They are all ok.
I guess like most people they are just bored with BCB
I dip in, but considering how prolific I was at one time I'm almost a phantom

Nay, Pops. It is what *other people* make it and that is why many choose Facebook for their interaction where they can choose with whom that interaction takes place.

Jimbo was banned from the board. Occasionally he'll sneak a post in on one of the BCB Facebook pages when the admins aren't watching.
All the best to the other missing folks, some of whom I'm in touch with. And I hope they'll come back sometime if they care to.
Jimbo, however, I do not miss. I've had enough Jimbo in my life for one lifetime already.

Yeah, that's a bit odd, isn't it? I was quite hurt that he never took up my Facebook friendship request. i met him and his family, and interacted with him loads back in the day.
Bugger off.

Re: Whatever happened to Jimbo...?
I’m friends with most of them on facebook. I saw Neverknows last year, my kid and I had lunch with him in Paris.
visited Guye and his wife in Turkey…
But Jimbo, no, never again. Too much too much craziness and hate.

Dutch Robert, Dutch Frank, Sergio
Dutch Robert was originally Jimmy jazz and did come back one time as smply Robert (not to be confused with RobertFF)
Dutch Frank ws Sea of Tunes. Didn't he return as Goodnight Austin Texas (certainly took part in the last cup)
Sergio was Captain Spaulding, not been seen since his initial departure
