Just saw this on YouTube.



The video (by ex J&MC bassist Douglas Hart of course - keeping it in the family) features loads of cool records - I suspect from Lawrence's own collection.

Also it's interesting that the young lady in the vid wears a selection of t shirts including Felt, of course and PiL but also Yes! These things are significant. One wonders what point is being made.

The video ends on a shot of Lawrence's own first single (as Felt). This is the record he sent to the John Peel Show - which Peel famously didn't play so L wrote a stroppy letter asking for the two copies he sent to be returned. You can see the note JP wrote on the sleeve when he returned one of them :lol:

Well, they are a "B-sides band**.... but yes, not fantastic by any means.



*at least, Go-Kart Mozart were a b-sides band.
