In te old days , this would have be reaon enough for a huge war of attrition, and several people flouncing and taking their balls home. As it is I doubt anyone is too bothered. Where is Jethro anyway?

I've found the reason why no new users could register.
Something must have accidentally flipped in the control settings.
New users can now register.
