Well, I'm not sure how you manage that! Mine gets dough trapped inside. I'm talking about the cutting machine rather than the roller.

No, but you have to roll out the dough really thin (where it becomes transparent). The machine is great for that.

I think you have to be generous, dusting the dough with flour. But I mainly just use the roller, as I like to cut it myself.
