Edna, Ena, Dora, Thora - don't recall knowing anyone thus titled
Hilda, Doris – aunts: one a hatchet-faced blight, the other dead long before I was born
Jean - know loads of these, some of them very sweet people, some not
Doreen -one sort-of in the family I never met, one pleasant neighbour where I'm living now
Giving it to Jean

My pick too. I had to think though if I picked it because it's close to my name, John.

It seems less old than the other ones though.

It's an odd selection of names. I've never heard of 'Ena'.

Ena - pronounced Eena - is usually a diminutive of feminine derivatives of masculine names eg Georgina. I knew a Thomasina who was known as the considerably more attractive-sounding Tia. Mrs H once knew a girl called Hectorina who understandably didn’t use that name at all. I have heard of Jamesina being used as a name but it is rare.

Occasionally, and it may just be a Scottish thing, the ending is pronounced Eye-an and then the diminutive is Ina.
