My wee boy is 31 today.
Fucking 31.
That's me officially an old git now.

I learned that apprently September is a fertile month in the UK. Or it was 31-32 years ago anyway.

It's raining orange - apparently it's blown up from the Sahara.
Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.

I'm a little bit excited. My windows are open front and back and will be for more than a few minutes for the first time since probably last October. It's 7C right now but sunny and the forecast high today is 15C. Bring on the sunscreen.

I went for a shortish walk about an hour ago. For the first time this year I went out with just a kangaroo sweater, not my beloved (ahem! NOT) winter coat). Oh joy. (it was actually very pleasant indeed).

I had bubble and squeak that Baron made for breakfast. Superb!
In other news one of my cats has been in a fight and came to bed with a slightly pus filled wound on his ear. However he was cuddled up to me so I didn’t want to move him so I slept with the slightly cheesy smell of wound animal exudate in my nose all night.

Crumbs you must have started young or you are much older than me - I thought I was one of the oldest on the board.

Re: MORE random stuff about your day
As I write this, I am 40 minutes away from our Easter vacation kicking in. Officially won't be back at work for the next 115 hours. Sweet.
(Of course, reality says that I'll be plenty busy workwise during that time, but at moments of my chosing. And a little bit by choice, to keep me sane.)

Re: MORE random stuff about your day
After five years of living in this house alone I am recohabitating with Rebecca at her place. Movers come tomorrow for the big stuff. I’ve been moving various things for the last week or so. I’ll be glad when it’s all over.
