The first bit (about wearing a sweater or a jacket) I got from a Willie Rushton book Super Pig: A Gentleman's Guide To Everyday Survival

The second bit (about the Sally Army) may well have been a Top Tip!

Hate or ironing is why God invented permanent press; pretty much my entire wardrobe save for jeans and that which demands dry cleaning.

Dusting isn't that difficult, but for some reason I seldom get around to it.

I do clean the bathroom, but I put it on the list anyway.

I thought I had IBS for over two years till I realised I have a problem with gluten - stop eating anything made with wheat / flour for a week or two (beer's okay unless you have it bad as the gluten is already processed) and see if you feel better. A sign for gluten problems is that you feel a bit nauseous 30-45 mins after eating something made with flour eg bread, pastry, pasta.

Dusting, ironing, "hoovering".

Vacuuming is my least favourite household chore. It's like being tethered to a very loud midget.
