What's your preference? Are you one of those idiots that wears a woolly hat all year round?

I rarely wear anything on my head.

Baseball cap 'cuz it's practical and it makes me look like SloopJohn.

I have a nifty fedora but have never worn it in public so far.

Nothing at all, ever. Mind you, the hair is thining rapidly so you never know. One of those lightweight flat caps would do the job.

What about a Bandana?

As a long term baldie, I have an extensive collection of hats to protect my lily-white English noggin from the glare of the sun, but I am currently favouring one of those military caps that were cool four years ago.

Yesterday i sported this rather spiffy model, as I roasted on the sidelines of my son's first match of the season. He calls it my Richie Richardson.

As people would probably suspect, a baseball cap or visor are my headgear of choice. I like 'em because you don't have to comb your hair in the morning and can just stick one on. Every now and then, I'll wear a garden hat if I'm working out in the yard and it's hot out. Usually, it's just a ball cap though.

Depends on what I'm wearing. I have some pork pies, some baseball caps, a couple nice straw hats to pair with suits, etc.

You and Hatz don't deserve to wear ball caps the way you guys are leaving me high and dry on the baseball thread in Sporting Life.

I'm in denial about the White Sox, who are now in last place. Urg.

I saw that. I was going through the box scores last week and reading the wins/losses in a row in the standing and read the White Sox had lost 10 straight or something. I immediately thought of you and how lucky you must feel not to have Hookfinger's paint job on your car.

Dude, I'm a Cubs fan. I would never be seen with the disgusting Southside bullshit on my car. BTW, its Uncle Spellbinder with the spiffy paint job.

You probably feel happy wearing it, but I dunno about the folks having to see you wear it.

Pete Doherty is an idiot but he was right about one thing:

theres fewer more distressing sights than that
Of an Englishman in a baseball cap

For colonials and chavs

I wear a distressed blue cloth trilby of some little vintage

I have something similar, no logo but it has a red star on the front.

There's fewer more distressing sights than that of Pete Doherty off his head pretending to be a musician.
