Up to episode 3 of the excellent "Mare Of Easttown" about a police detective (Kate Winslet) in a Pennsylvanian town, who has a complicated murder case to solve, along with a complicated life outside of the job.

Really well paced with some very strong performances, it looks like growing into a real thriller as the miniseries progresses.
I have put the ignorant, inflammatory bore on ignore.

Rev. Series 1.

Tom Hollander plays Vicar Adam Smalbone, newly appointed to an inner-city London church after leaving a small rural Suffolk parish together with his lawyer wife Alex (Olivia Colman).
An absolute joy and it's quite unsurprisingly BBC2's highest rated sitcom (and has been sold to 140 countries.)

It's got all the elements of classic Coen Bros. another tale where random odd things seem to happen and I've only watched episode 1

Series 4 of Fargo. C4 now on.

Don't you all adore Michael Portillo, his jaunty outfits and his passion for trains.
There's absolutely nothing to match the sheer beauty of the British landscape.

I think "adore" is a bit strong!

"tolerate as a travel presenter" might be closer.

Just when you thought every thing possible to do with The Fuhrer had been 'investigated' by Yesterday TV, out comes a classic

We just finished the final episode of the final series of The (American) Office. A pleasure from start to finish and judging by my tears at the end credits some of those characters really fucking got to me!
You come at the Queen, you best not miss.
