The Accountant (Netflix)

Postby C » 10 Jun 2024, 10:19

A brilliant accountant who is autistic and an assassin on the side!

He kills the baddies but lots of nice twists that I didn’t work out!

Good fun and an insightful look into autism

“Do you like my bracelet?”

“No!”

Good fun and highly recommended- apparently the most ‘liked’ film at the moment

Don't think I've come across this yet C. I'll give it a go.

Apparently a sequel 'Accountant II' is soon to be released.

I watched this for a second time last night

It is a superb film/movie

Ben Affleck is stunning.

As a son with mild high-functioning autism the little subtleties are picked up superbly by Ben

It kicks arse/ass too

Unequivocally recommended

Filming for the sequel commenced March 2024

I can't wait

It would be a great title for a revenge type action film though.

I thoroughly enjoyed it though I found some plot gaps a bit annoying, e.g. I don't think it was at all clear why he was working for all those bad guys or how he went about his high-powered international business.

But still, a lot of fun.

Good points well made but didn't detract too much as far as I was concerned
