The critics were tough - amongst other things that Maxine was portrayed as a 'victim'

Mrs C and I thought the opposite - she came across as very manipulating and it was she that put the false alibi ideas into Huntley's mind.

The court case shows an interesting flip-flop

She was given a very light three and a half year sentence and served only half of it! A new identity and apparently now a mother....

Think I'm right in saying that this has been out for quite some time, we saw it when it was first aired. Can't remember much about it.
