Re: So I have an acoustic guitar now
So now I have an Ovation, a Gibson SJ 200, an epiphany Les Paul, a Stratocaster, a Washburn bass, a presonus audio box with stop one and some version of Ableton, and my latest acquisition is an Arturian midi controller. So I sit around making recordings of my songs! I nearly have a whole album!
I kept thinking "swim as far as you can, swim as far as you can".

And over the summer I did my first solo “gig” to a non-handpicked audience. Some of them were dancing along to my Please Mr Postman.
I kept thinking "swim as far as you can, swim as far as you can".

Re: So I have an acoustic guitar now
I have recorded 2 albums now! I have been on a music production course and they sound - not too bad!
2 albums of 10 songs, 9 originals and one cover in both cases.
The first one is 20 minutes long! I have become more ambitious with the second one - 35 mins.

Like what? I mean, I am very happy to give details and really appreciate your interest, but what sort of details? I record at home using a DAW called Studio One. At present I have the intermediate version but should probably get the pro one.
