Broad church

Good album, bit like Little Feat, Lynyrd Skynyrd.

You know Rob - I have never knowingly heard anything by Terry Reid

True

.

Think you’d like River and the first two, which can be found here.

He certainly had a great voice probably as good as, if not better than, Marriott or Rodgers. He is one of those that just seemed to miss out - unsympathetic management, poor timing, tried to go it alone at the wrong time, choice of wrong material, not able to write enough of his own material etc.

.

thanks Rob

From what I can see it is just the original albums a little else (which I already own in various formats)...

Rob?

I won't be buying it C. just put it up there for anyone who might be interested. Pretty sure I've got them all, (with the exception of the 10th CD), both on vinyl and CD.

Jethro Tull A (A La Mode) 40th Anniversary Edition

Latest in the best reissue campaign for a band's catalog that I know of. The album is average to be sure, but you get a spiffy new Steven Wilson mix, a 5.1 mix, a full 1980 concert also in 5.1, and the entire Slipstream film also in (you guessed it) 5.1. I got it for about 30 bucks too.
"that 1985 NME list was a huge influence on my listening habits - and I actually feel kind of grateful to them for publishing it. It's no exaggeration to say that (indirectly) it brought me enormous pleasure over many years."
