Imagine a BCB version of "Invasion of the bodysnatchers". It's as serious as that. Nice to see Rob has seen (some) sense.

Here's a delightful version from Maddy:

Amp back, nothing wrong with it apparently the on/off just got stuck, so no major surgery and discharged at midday.

First album on with the hi-fi back up and running. Very worthy generally unknown psych album from 1970. Worth a listen for those among us who like this sort of thing. Pretty sure it appeared in this book Chris.

Two corkers, one mediocre and one awful.

The lass ditched her folk roots and became a pop singer...

A shame she did that.

The first couple of her solo albums were okay and then it was a case of quickly and very disappointing diminishing returns after that, sadly.

Reimagined by Steve Howe, better than the original version I think.

I really like this - thanks for bringing them to attention Mr. C. Antankerous.

25 more albums to explore....

First listen.

Only on the first track which sounds excellent, very jazzy in fact, even C. might like this.

No Rob, don’t be daft.

NEW MUSIC

Another one right up my street. 19 songs, 75 mins of assorted guitar based rock.

I have read that J. Mascis cites Saloman as an influence - not quite so heavy but I have certainly heard similarities on the 2 albums I've played so far -vocally and musically.

For a nanosecond I thought this was some sort of redesign for Floyd's 'Animals' cover art, then I realised.

In fact it could be.

It took me a while to like all of it but I’m right there with you on this Chris.

Sounds pretentious I know but I look upon it as their magnum opus.
