I've got

BOYGENIUS
BLACK COUNTRY, NEW ROAD
ALEX G
LANKUM
WAR ON DRUGS
SUFJAN STEVENS

And none of them would get anywhere my personal fave 100 best albums

Strange that Lingua Ignota's Sinner Get Ready is so high in the list, that seems her weakest record, and she dropped the name at that point. Her Saved album under her own name (sorta), The Reverend Kristen Michael Hayter, probably is the best album of the 2020s.
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

I do have albums by some of the artists but not any of the ones in the list.

I just wonder why, and this is just a handful, these artists never made the list. Aren't they "hip" ( or whatever word is used nowadays ), enough?
Fleet foxes, Father John Misty, Decemberists, Vampire Weekend, Arcade Fire, Weyes Blood, Blur, The last dinner party, Ryley Walker, Cass McCombs, Villagers ......

While I like a bunch of these albums I find the list limited and not just missing to many other genre.
