Yes, I played that ‘double’ album last night too whilst watching the snooker World Championship (sound muted)

It’s wonderful music and a lovely cover

Great minds think alike Les

I had a lovely session last night with my son Zap.

He loves the genre - he’s 20

We played

The Serpent (In Quicksilver) (1981)
Abandoned Cities (1984)
La Bella Vista (2003)

The track that really resonated with me was Wanderer from The Serpent (In Quicksilver)

Glorious

The lad’s got impeccable taste.

I’ve just started playing a Lee Morgan album, and he has come in from the kitchen, and said “Lee Morgan - Delightfulee - first track”

Impressive

Parental indoctrination more like. :D

Strangely enough C. there have been many times when my children have said that they could sing along to songs or name them during quizzes that their friends had no idea about. Made me feel good I have to say, as they grew up in a home when music was played on a daily basis.

Hardly "playing" it then, really.

Still... about the same as listening to it, so fair play I suppose.
