Let's...Enorock.

To absent friends.

Over time, an album I truly enjoy and love.

Back in the day I much preferred Tiger Mountain and Green World.

TBH I still do. But this is a close third.

Yes - Green World is my fave of the three

They are all robust though

Opposite way round for me - Warm Jets first, then Green World followed by Tiger Mountain. Close though!

The guitar duo of Manzanera Spedding - here in all their glory.

I had no idea they featured so early in Roxy history.

The two were the basis of this century's Roxy.

As well as some of Ferry's solo outings, unless I am mistaken.

Onto the unmistakeable Fripp for track three.

I love and adore this track.

I am sure you are all aware but Simon King plays tubs on half the tracks - he of Hawkwind fame

My main issue with this debut is I had already taken to my heart the June 1 1974 versions of this track and Driving Me Backwards. I prefer those.

Which leaves this album a bit wanting.

Nowadays I love it much more.

But Tiger Mountain is still the best - an album of constant peaks.

Not heard this for a while. The instrumental work is gob-stoppingly great.
