I no longer drink. So no - the seaside, record shops, ice cream parlours, Lebanese restaurant, curry house, and a village hand-fasting I swear I saw Edward Woodward attending, or someone who looked an awful lot like him.

Steve Wilson nailed it in his review - not so much prog as rock that still wears its psychedelic medals proudly.

This passage is rather Nice-ish.

Just clicked onto your link. Very pleased to see appreciation for Virginia Astley's From Gardens Where We Feel Secure.

Doobs on the Nice-ish touch.

I sometimes took my daughter (Exeter student) to the Impy for food, though generally we preferred going to The Quay - a few interesting browserable shops, an OK eatery or a decent cream tea!

Passages of light and darkness with many shades between. Find this album a very visual experience.

I know!

Bought it at the shop at our local tip based purely on the cover art and vague recollection of them most likely being hard rock/psychedelic for a massive 20p. Was absolutely staggered when I played it and found how wondrous it is. Had it on hard rotation for a month!
