Rick Wills' bass is a delight throughout the whole album

I love the sound and feel of the album - warm and cozy

A cover of a song by Unicorn, the band Dave G discovered playing at a friend's wedding. He produced them and played steel guitar on their country-tinged albums.

This is the key track that was played endlessly on US FM radio at the time.

The US advertising campaign?:

"People Think Pink Floyd Have A New Album Out.

David Gilmour. The voice and guitar of Pink Floyd. On Columbia records and tapes."

Such a winning sound, a great selection of tunes.

It sounds timeless, unlike the follow up, About Face, which is handicapped by eighties production.

This album never fails to impress.

Dave G drew on his strengths - geetar, vocals, and rallied his friends round and encouraged their best for the album.

One of the best solo efforts made by someone still in the mothership band, I feel.
