A happy week to all.

Lovely album tonight.

To absent friends.

Worth trotting out this anecdote from a past PSL? I think so:

LMG wrote:My fave experience was going to see Wizz Jones and Bert Jansch at the Half Moon in Putney, I went with Mickey, the singer of a band I was managing. She did not know anything about these guys, she was blown away, and being from West Virginia and playing in a blues band she loved all this stuff. We went to talk to Wizz Jones after his opening set, and she was saying how much the music meant to her, and I suddenly realised the guy standing next to me was Bert Jansch! Mickey had no idea who he was. I was so shy suddenly I did not say anything to him, he and I just both supped our pints and nodded at everyone else talking (which was mostly Mickey), but he did a great show after.

There were lots of stops and starts and starting over and retuning. Mickey, who knew how I got worked up over live presentation, whispered to me 'You should manage THIS guy - you'd die of a heart attack every time he plays!'
