For me, one of the most overlooked guitarists of the 70s.

He was up there with Clapton et alia.

Drummer Ken Pustelnik had left before the previous Hogwash where Clive Brooks played tubs

On this album they both contribute! Presumably Ken called back to replace an exiting Clive

The next album Crosscut Saw had a completely different rhythm section - Dave Wellbelove - bass
and Mick Cook on tubs.

Also interestingly a second guitarist too - Martin Kent

I saw them on that Crosscut tour at the Chalk Farm Roundhouse. Man were supporting

Interesting - this has that 'unsettled lineup' feeling I associate with Hawkwind's Hall Of The Mountain Grill album.

Both great albums, indeed.

Both Hawkwind and The 'hogs toured with Man around this time, of course.

Thanks for you wishes. We're all double vaxxed, so even if we contract it not likely to be too serious.

yes- an interesting observation. I haven't thought of that before.

I have always thought 'frenetic' but 'unsettled' fits better

Organised cacophony

Some interesting production decisions apparently discussed in the booklet of the CD reissue.

This is an album I feel would be an interesting listen while stoned.
