Although it doesn't say it in TV mag, pretty sure it's a repeat. If it is, I've seen it and it's. .... ok. Bob is still entrenched in 1970's soft rock

Yes, I'm afraid they've both been shown before.
The Old Grey Whistle Test Story (40mins) was first shown on 3rd January 2007.
The Old Grey Whistle Test - For One Night Only (3hrs) was made to mark the 30th anniversary of the last broadcast (in 1988), and was originally shown on 23rd February 2018.
Thanks anyway for the information, I might watch the 40 minute story as I don't think I've seen it since it was first shown.

Also, in case anyone here has any interest in the current version of Genesis, Sky Arts (Freeview channel 11) are showing a 1hr20min documentary "Genesis - The Last Domino?" this week. Described as "A behind-the-scenes look at preparations for the band's reunion tour - their first in 14 years". It was originally shown on Sunday evening (I didn't watch it so can't report on how interesting, boring, or questionable the interviews are). It's being shown again on Thursday night at 00:15-01:35, and is presumably available on demand too.

That one night only thing was tedious beyond belief.

If those of you in the UK want to see Bob play himself, have a look at this enchanting Scottish Country movie via your Channel 4 IPlayer Catch Up.

Nonsense to the aggressiveness, I've seen more aggression on the my little pony message board......I mean I was told.

I watched most of Genesis - The Last Domino. I say most because I was tired and fell asleep a few times. Phil seemed to be really struggling with his voice, he wasn’t even keeping up with the band and was evidently quite frail. I hope his voice improves and he makes it through the tour!

Agreed - I terminated my viewing after about 15 minutes.

I enjoyed the 40 minute Jo Brand intro though

Some excellent contributions
