Well Sticky Fingers is certainly not their best - half of it is shit!

I see what you did there !
I did too, for the record.
The more Keith sings,* the better they sound!
* with and without Mick
Really? You honestly think that? Without Mick the Stones would never have got off first base, let alone in a position to challenge the Beatles' superiority in the 60s. Really can't imagine Keith singing Satisfaction, JJ Flash, Honky Tonk, Brown Sugar etc. with anything like the effectiveness, swagger and power of Mick. Keith had a thin weedy voice, no power in it and now it just croaks.
No wait, this is just a wind-up isn't it no-one would believe that Keith was the better singer for the Stones would they? Okay, you got me.

Of course I honestly think that. I've been saying stuff like this for years! I agree that Mick Jagger is crucial to their success, he's just my least favorite part of the band. I like them as a band, and I especially like it when more than one person is singing. I love Keith's harmony vocals. Happily, I don't dislike Mick Jagger so much that he preempts any pleasure I might find in Brown Sugar or Jumping Jack Flash or what have you.

Dreadful song with a horribly overwrought vocal.
'Moonlight Mile' is on that one, isn't it? that's a beauty

The only one not that good is the knocking one.
But it is not their best album.

Why not just put us all out of our misery and just say that you don't like the Rolling Stones - end of.

Can't believe Sticky Fingers is running away with this.

Why? There's filler on every Stones album. Sticky Fingers doesn't have any more than the other albums in your poll.

I like it well enough, it's just that it is the one I like a little less than the others. It is coarse, raucous. When your big hit is "Brown Sugar", it's very "rawk".

No Brian Jones, either.

Great album, but plenty of filler on side two. Not to mention "Going Home."

Doesn't matter when the high points are so high. This is Brian Jones' grand statement - Brian Jones, the founder and embodiment of Rolling Stones.

LOL, yeah, but you can say that about any Stones album with filler: "Doesn't matter when the high points are so high."

Who listens to the Stones for imaginative? Exile is a return to their love for pure rock and roll. There isn’t one album of theirs that doesn’t have songs they could have left off and that is true with most artists/bands so pretty par for the course.
