LOTERIA Compilation - BCBers and Others Rock Through Lockdown

Postby bobzilla77 » 17 Jul 2021, 18:32

This is a compilation album that includes 55 musicians/ producers grouped randomly into 14 brand new bands, to record new original songs during lockdown. This was accomplished through home studio technology and email, mostly, during early 2021. The results will be released on vinyl early next year by Orgmusic.com but are there to view on Youtube right now.

Some of the participants you might know from their prior recorded efforts include Mike Watt, Geza X, Gitane Demone (Christian Death), Paul Roessler (Screamers, Twisted Roots) and Joe Baiza (Saccharine Trust.)

Some of the people you may know from BCB, besides myself, are the toomanies Dave & Carolyn, Quaco Jim, Willie Aron (whose BCB handle I can't remember). The whole thing was inspired by our friend Richard Derrick, we first did this idea at his memorial show in 2019.

There's more info and bios for all the players here:
