Looks a bit of a bargain - thanks.

Five entire albums plus bonus tracks and sparse booklet which resembles a cafe menu from Eastern Europe in 1978.

What's not to like?

well, splitting album sides on different discs, entirely defeating the point of CD, for one...

Agreed - that is a bit irritating

But the music makes up for it!

Imagine if midway this evening, I had asked us all to pause a few moments whilst I removed Disc 3 and inserted Disc 4 into my player and resumed.

There would be murmurings in the Great Hall of Synch Listeners.

And rightly so...

Sadly, I cannot make it this evening. :(

I shall shortly be departing on foot to walk to a church several kilometres away for a classical performance this evening, accompanying Johnny Slider:

Think of me cuddling up to Haydn and Mozart while you are immersed enjoying your Blackmore/Lord interplay!

To Jon Lord, and absent friends!
