I've seen him live three times.

He doesn't say much on stage- miserable old bugger

Good music though

Happy 80th grumpy!

Crumbs where does the time go, all our old 60s' heroes are getting near that age, I'm just happy some of them are still going.

Never really been much of a fan of Dylan, usually preferring the covers done by others, (Byrds, Hollies, Manfred Mann, Jimi, Juile Driscoll, Ferry, Fairport, etc.), to the originals but fair dos to him, he wrote some great songs.

Where would music be without 'Wigwam'?

When he's daft, he's still the best.

Happy birthday, Bob! You changed my life and my hairstyle.

:D

I've said it before - Ive got 13 of the lad's albums and seen him thrice but I don't really class myself as a fan

John Wesley, Street Legal and Desire are my three goto albums

Not that I goto very often

I know, my loss

Coincidently I listened to Tell Tale Signs last night and played along on guitar. I haven’t bought anything since Tempest but I don’t feel a need to keep up with him at this point. I have plenty to listen to.

The podcast of my internet radio show may be of interest to Dylan avids here, includes both his songs and notable cover versions.

Brian Wilson posted a nice reminiscence on Facebook of a night they spent talking about old music after meeting in a hospital for minor medical issues.

Happy 80th Bob!

Didn't think Bob would be one of the last two Wilburys. Hope it outlasts Lynne.

I've got endless Dylan albums and boots and love almost all of it.

Best album ? Love John Wesley but its not in my top 5 although not far behind that.

BoB, Highway 61 Revisited, Desire and Blood on the tracks are my loves.
I've seen Bob in every decade (70s, 80s,90s,00s,10s and hope to see him in the 20s.

Alas, I couldn't find a version of Dylan and the Band doing "Million Dollar Bash."
