The evil anti-punk! I'm sure I've forgotten plenty. Got this idea elsewhere. Choose wisely...

That was really tough to get it down to just 5.

Supper's, Musical Box, Nine Feet, Atom Heart and Thick 1

If we get as far as a top 100, I'd certainly consider it

Oh well, one can always vote for four choices, then mention what songs should have been included. For KC I would've put "Moonchild," " "Lizard," "Formentera Lady," "Larks' Tongues pt 1," "Fracture," and "Starless."

Forgot Camel too. Try "Lady Fantasy."

to be honest, as much as i love the tracks in yer last post (starless is just its own thing)... i'm not sure they would beat out what i already have in mind as my picks.

I'd need ten, at least.

Other comments:
- two-sided opuses should count as one - I would have given my 5th vote to either TAAB or APP as a whole.
- apart from King Crimson, I miss the first Nektar album.

You consider all the cuts on Journey to the Centre of the Eye to be one song?

Hamburger Concerto because nobody else will pick the poor sods. Sentimental favourite. It's not as good as I think it is.

I went with:
Ommadawn part 1
Awaken
Echoes
Supper's Ready
Tubular Bells part 1

But it hurts not to include Close To The Edge, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Thick as a Brick, Dogs and Xanadu amongst others

I voted for the Floyd tracks apart from Atom Heart Mother, and the two sides of Tubular Boredom. I only really like Echoes out of that lot but I don't hate the others.

Of the rest, I've either never heard them or detest them with an unreasonable passion.
Bugger off.

True, it's not presented as such, but the segues are so organic I've always considered it as one piece.
Come to think of it, the same goes for The Lamb.

Supper's Ready, Atom Heart Mother, Caravan and Eruption

with 10 votes, I would add (all of) Thick as a Brick, A Passion Play, as noted, plus Lighthouse Keepers, Close to The Edge, Dogs... and Starless
