Nope. I would have loved to see them. I'm not entirely sure they ever played anywhere in Texas.
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

These sorts of things take a lot of effort on my part, so I never do them. But I kept a piece of paper on my desk today and wrote things down. As it happens, many of them start with the letter "B," and I didn't even list the Beach Boys, which I should've done. Despite my penchant for taking thread titles seriously, I have included solo artists. Done on the fly as this was, you shouldn't quote me on it.

Beatles
Big Star/Alex Chilton
Byrds
Black Sabbath
Candi Staton
George Jones
Doug Sahm/Sir Douglas Quintet
Al Green
Neil Young
Buzzcocks
Jimmy Martin
Rolling Stones
King Tubby
My Bloody Valentine
ZZ Top
OV Wright
Muddy Waters Band
Luna
James Gang
Merle Haggard
Feelies
Fats Domino
Johnny Paycheck
Wire
Everly Brothers
R.E.M.
Stanley Brothers
Stereolab
Flying Burrito Brothers
Led Zeppelin
