Atlantic in the US hated this album. I bought a deleted copy a few months after it came out.
When he gave them the next one as a follow up they said they would prefer not to release it.

Thanks again, great way to spend the evening.
The Gabriel was much better than I expected, having got thoroughly over exposed to 3 & 4 to the extent that I'm not inclined to play them ever again, I know I will listen to 2 again and enjoy it even more than I did tonight. The band were excellent, really enjoyed the production and almost all the songs (not sure about Home Sweet Home ).

I have a pair of shoes, kath, if that helps.
Not sure how to get them to you in time, however - might take some doing...

mwhahaha.
point 1: i will never recover from that wedding. never.
point 2: damn. shoulda hit ya up for some nude pantyhose. my sister... well, never mind.
point 3: very lovely, really. the woman who got married, she is so, so sweet. she's had a very rough time of it. (another ER nurse, like most of chi chi's friends.) the sis wanted to get her sumthin special. we found a local artist who makes/carves/whatever crystal hearts, in blue. took him three weeks to make it. and she is gonna LOVE it.
to new beginnings.
p.s. chi chi got so pissed off about the pantyhose situation (she only had black, and apparently one never wears black pantyhose to a wedding), she decided to get all anarchist and wear no pantyhose. the crowd was, predictably, unaware.
