BCB favourite Kraftwerk - Results up now!!

Postby Brickyard Jack » 26 May 2019, 12:57

So far I think we have done the Rolling Stones, Bowie, Queen, Prince, and Kylie - i think there's someone else I'm missing. [Edit -the kinks]

Anyway let's have a crack at Kraftwerk. No distinction made between live versions and studio versions, and of course you can pick tracks from the first 3 albums. PM me a top twenty in order, and/or post it here. As usual 24 points for the top track down to 5 points for number 20.

When we do the Beatles I will be asking for a top 50.

Just write down all the Kraftwerk songs you can remember.

Do you make a difference between the English and German versions of songs?

Sorry i thought I made that point in the original post - no distinction between live versions - so don't say the 3d live version as opposed to the min/max live version - and studio versions - so don't say the mix version of robots or the german version of dentaku.

Neon Lights is about 300 times better than their second best song, whatever anyone thinks *that* may be.

This is my list I sent by pm last week:

1. Neon Lights
2. Europe Endless
3. Tour de France
4. Autobahn
5. Trans-Europe Express
6. Kometenmelodie 2
7. Radioactivity
8. Spacelab
9. The Model
10. The Robots
11. Showroom Dummies
12. The Man Machine
13. Computer Love
14. Metropolis
15. Techno Pop
16. The Telephone Call
17. Tongbirge
18. Computer World
19. Ohm Sweet Ohm
20. Tanzmusik

It seems I agree with The Slider for the top two, but I don't think Neon Light is 300 times better than Europe Endless. Maybe 1.25x better.

I have more than twenty songs. I just can't get with putting them in order.
How do we get round this problem?
