Dory Previn - Live at Carnegie Hall 1973

Don't really know much about her. Married to Andre Previn (before this), singer-songwriter, this albums is in Paul Gambaccini's Top 200 Albums book in the late '70s. It's good though.

Steeleye Span - Commoners Crown 1975
Another year in the '70s, another SS record of traditional songs. Pretty good, as far as these things go. But nothing new, of course. Peter Sellers adds ukulele and vocals to one song.

I bought the 'extras' as a vinyl box set but have been listening to the whole thing as a download.
Very good it is too.

Man - Maximum Darkness 1975

Copperhead 1973

Two from John Cippolina. Copperhead was a Bay Area band he put together after his Quicksilver run, and they only did this one album. Well, they recorded another, but didn't release it. It's okay, but won't convert anyone.

The Man album is live and they did it with John, who seems to dominate the proceedings - they even used a photo of his torso playing his guitar on the LP cover, and covered a couple of QMS tunes. It's a bit better than the Copperhead effort, actually.
