Only 24 votes!! The BCB Cup seems to have lost its momentum with all these long breaks and people have lost interest. At this rate the overall winner may receive less than 10 votes!

Yes, i've noticed that too. My semifinal match had 42 votes though. If only it had 41...why Griff, why?...

The weekend-only ties seem to get less votes, presumably down to people posting from work.

Yes, i didn't think of that. Perhaps if we'd noticed this earlier we could have made it a no-weekend thing, to accomodate all voters.

Does this mean I have grounds for appealing a replay?
Thought not. Ah well, ladies and gentlemen, it was a pleasure to get this far, especially as I thought that I would carry on the fine tradition of my own team in cup competitions and bomb out early.
It's a shame I didn't get to the final, nevertheless - I was saving my real big guns for the occasion and was quite looking forward to seeing a footage montage of my finest BCB Cup moments set to the latest indie flavour of the month a'la Sky Sports.
Thanks for all the votes and going some way to reassuring me that my taste in music isn't as awful as I first thought.
