So far coffee ... later, deviled eggs, marinated mushrooms, olives, rye bread, cheeses and more coffee.

:o We're out of eggs! I just might have a slice of lightly buttered toast, a can of mackerel and coffee. Japanese canned fish is pretty good actually and an inexpensive source of protein.

A glass of prune juice, a thick slice of bakery (not factory) baked white bread and this really kinda shitty peanut butter. Oh Boy!!! Crunchy. With Skippy being the one brand on the shelves in a place where peanut butter isn't a thing, trying another brand is kind of fun. This one was a fail.

A chopped up sun dried tomato, two egg, Pam fried omelet. A cup of instant espresso.

Then a slug from an open carton of yogurt drink. Then half a chocolate cookie. Then another slug. Gotta get myself to the gym before I eat the other half cookie.

Broke my no sugar diet and finished off a tub of low-fat yogurt flavored with a big glob of honey and cinnamon, a stale and cold croissant and a coupla' cups of coffee.
