Throbbing Gristle - IIRC 17 (Live at the Centre Iberico London 21st Jan 1979)
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Since returning from my road trip I've been playing a lot of early Steve Earle. The one I've had in the player this weekend is Fearless Heart which is a compilation of sorts with a few choice covers (She's About A Mover and Six Days On The Road) and a lot of other excellent tracks. The Devil's Right Hand is worth cranking up a bit on the old system. I would like to have brought some of his work on the road but compromises had to be made since I was sharing space with someone who has issues with Texas singers (accept me of course :D).

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

Heads, Hands and Feet - eponymous first album (U.S. Capitol double lp)

I didn't discover these guys until Tracks was released but I managed to get all of their albums in a short period. Listened to Tracks last night and it still resonates with me on a high level. Albert Lee is a guitar god imo and the rest f the band was top notch too.

Nick Drake - Five Leaves Left

Haven't played any ND in quite a while so it sounds particularly good today.
