Which band(s) never released a Best of?
There can't be that many. Only AC/DC comes to mind. Yesterday I was really happy to discover a Radiohead best of in thrift. FINALLY I could get rid of "Pablo Honey" and still keep "Creep".

They were apparently going to issue one in 78 and changed their minds at the last minute.
I made one for the Fuck-Off Greatest Hits collection we did a number of years ago.
I'm uploading it to your dropbox.
It needs re-doing.
In fact AC/DC will be my next upgrade mp3 set, I think.

The '12 Of The Best' cassette was officially released in Australia and the 'Greatest Hits 30th Anniversary' was officially released in Canada.
Granted there is no official, global greatest hits.
