I've got to admit I've never heard this before.
so far very interesting very like the organ and horns.

howdy. how was procol?

i've never heard the album all the way through, but it sounds so much what i loved about the first.

howdy
Procol were excellent especially the second half when they got into the great old stuff. Paul Winter showed up and played two songs with them.

yes!

i really am so jealous. i've been a procol freak since i was a brat. never got to see em

wonderful section here, again FLUTE... then the wind-up... then the bluesy jam.

I'm hearing a similarity in vocal phrasing to how Pete Townshend sang on some of his solo albums. But then it's been a long week and I am very old.

Nice one.

I only saw Procol Harum once and that was in 1971 supporting Jethro Tull (at The Royal Albert Hall)

A lovely guitar solo here

This track was co-written by Margaret Busby a Ghanaian-born publisher, editor, writer and broadcaster, resident in the UK. She was Britain’s youngest and first black woman book publisher

The bass guitar is very tidy throughout - no heroics but very tight

Yeah C never saw them and was glad to finally see them and Gary's voice was still quite good. He is a funny chap too told a few stories and kept telling us that whisky was good for his vocals as he took another sip.

Kath me too when they ended with Conquistador then into A Whiter Shade it was a dream.
