Pretty much all three-chord thrash, and most of it lives up to the title aside from a handful of brilliant tracks.

I guess this was released 10 years too late for the original witch house scene, and I was initially disappointed with it, but it has its moments of excellence ("Leprosy" is an absolute stomper), and it's growing on me.
