:D
Nothing wrong with Eric. Alan Price would be worthy of a good kicking though.

Bastards.

Can’t believe I forgot them. Horrible little bastards. Fluttery paper cunts. It’s like they’re angry at not being butterflies and they take it out on the world by being twats.

Weevils are nasty but I already had weasels on the list and I feared that the simpleminded among us may get confused and turn their rage upon the wrong phylum.

They really freak me out.

For sure. I killed one in our hotel room in Mexico once. I had this atavistic fight-or-flight instinct when I saw it (our daughter was a baby and I guess I had to protect her or something) and pounded it to death with a sneaker, even though I wanted to run away.

Afterward I was so freaked out I had to get the hotel guy to come and take it away. I couldn't deal with picking it up, even with a newspaper or something. He told me it wasn't the "bad" kind.

Whatever. It was bad enough.

I found I'd slept on top of one some balmy star-studded night in the Sahara.
I rolled up my sleeping bag in the morning and there it was, flicking it's tail back and forth at me.

Stink bugs. Little tanks they were. Moved so slowly you could scoop one up with a sheet of paper and dump it out the window but lord help you if you a) squashed one to death or b) got one excited because that's when they let out the stink. And they seemed to come out of nowhere. It's winter, the windows are closed and suddenly there's one crawling up a page of the book I was reading.

Those guys are all over the place this year! I've yet to make one stink up the place, but I've sent a lot of them back outside when they come in.

Pandas are pathetic, are bad at everything, deliberately eat a terrible diet... they're cute, but shit.

re Qube's post above, Pandas may be all of that, but they renowned as fine artists.
