I don’t recognize half of them.

No they aren’t!
Of the four I know, the only one I don’t hate is the New Radicals. And weren’t they a poor man’s James!? I mean ...

'Spaceman' and 'Jump Around' were the only two I didn't vote for - but I wouldn't kick 'em out of bed.

This was a FUN DECADE of POP

I picked the last three.

I can't decide if the video is dumb or cute, but Steal My Sunshine is a great pop/rock song.

I saw House of Pain open for the Beastie Boys on their Licensed to Ill tour. They still use the intro of this song at high school through pro basketball games over here. I like some of Everlast and DJ Lethal's solo stuff too.

And I also liked that New Radicals song. Pretty funky.

All the others are kinda lame in my opinion.

Jump Around"

The rest are all shit - indeed at least three are some of my all time *despise* tunes.
Nicotine, valium, vicadin, marijuana, ecstasy, and alcohol -

I’ve always hated the mincing cunt in that Blind Melon video. That song really sets my teeth on edge.

House of Pain, Len and New Radicals are the only ones I can get with at all

Actually Charles and Eddie is a decent stab at motown

I absolutely loathe that Charles and Eddie song, one of the most boring loads of shite to ever invade my ears.

I like to love the rest to varying degrees, "Jump Around", "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" and "Steal My Sunshine" being the best 3 there.

Jump Around is horrific and it always has been. I hope that everyone involved with its creation and it’s continued afterlife spend eternity in a sulfuric lake of fire.

"No Rain" has made several appearances in the Bizarro Cup. Deservedly so.

Most of these are fine, none of them are great. The Charles & Eddie certainly makes a pleasant enough noise.

It's the white man's call to the dance floor! I can understand that in itself making it undesirable for some.

That's the only one I voted for.
I probably shouldn't listen to it again, lest I spoil my memories of the crush I associate it with.

I voted for the Radio 2 fabness of Sleeping Satellite, the perky Steal My Sunshine and the drivetime slickness of You Get What You Give. Of the rest, I can stand Chuck & Ed and the by now tired HoP. However, the CTDs are rotten, Spaceman is shit and I have no recollection whatsoever of No Rain. I plan to keep it that way.

DJ Muggs has sure plowed that high pitched whistle that appears in a lot of his songs to extremes. I think this is the first song I remember hearing it.
