One of the greatest albums of all time.

Few things as thrilling as the intro to Yours Is No Disgrace.

It is a really great album. Was supposed to see them live around the time but then Tony Kaye went and broke something, so Yes, unable to play, were substituted by The Pretty Things, who were far from great.

I’ve been playing a lot of Big Big Train via Spotify, because I bought tickets to see them later in the year in sunny Basingstoke. They are supported by Beatrix Players, who have featured on many Prog CDs and who I quite like.
I’m still not really “getting” BBT and hope that they click with me in a live environment.
What do other readers think?
It was raining when we drove up the two-lane highway through the long tunnel of trees that led into the black district on the south end of St. Martinville.

I tried and was really hoping to like English Electric, but i was disappointed at how derivative they sounded.

I know everyone's got to have influences, but this was mainly an imitation of what had gone before.

They are very Genesis.
