Just the one. There was NME and MM to consider as well.

I didn’t think £14 was too bad for a double CD, but just to hedge my bets, I did pay for it with a Christmas voucher .

Surprisingly, it's cheaper as an import at Amazon US than it is on Amazon UK. Very strange.

soundchaser wrote:It happened today, it’s finally arrived. And you know what? It’s fucking fanrastic! I ve been waiting since my 13th Bithday to hear Air Conditioning with this sort of depth and clarity to the sound. This remaster shows that Air Conditioning was well recorded after all: just poorly produced. There’s all sorts of stuff going on that I’d never heard before, and you can finally hear the bass and drums properly, now that the layers of fog have been removed. The two bonus studio tracks are really good, as well. Thinking On The Floor, is.obviously inspired by Its A Beautiful Day,, whilst, What Happens When You Blow Yourself Up, has fusion shades of Mahavishnu Orchestra. Nice early takes of album songs and even nicer live material, makes me a very happy boy indeed. Great packaging and informative sleeve notes: what’s not to like? It’s 1970 all over again.

Sonja, sounds better and hotter than ever.

Purchased and playing now
Yes, there is a significant improvemeent according to my old ears.
Improved separation and greater clarity of instrumentation particularly bass, guitar and violin (tubs still a bit murky)
Sonja's voice is as crisp as ever
I am looking forward to getting on to CD2 and the BBc stuff (I was there. Of course)
