From all the clips I've watched, I've never seen enjoying playing a live show as much as Rory. That's why he's so special. Oh yes he can play guitar a bit too.

Unfortunately, Eric lost his fire long before he recorded his version. A shame, as everything up through Layla was pretty stellar.

I do like some of the post Layla recordings, but it's like a different artist.


The Bluesbreaker's album was a pivotal recording for me.
